Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Career Development, Organizational Climate, Leadership Syle on Employee Job Satisfaction. The independent variables in this study are Career Development, Organizational Climate, Leadership Style, while the dependent variable is Employee Job Satisfaction. The population in this research is 250 employees of Valugard Company. The sample used is 154 employees of Valugard Company, calculated based on Slovin formula. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Organizational Climate has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Keywords : Career Development, Organizational Climate, Leadership Syle, Employee Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengembangan Karir, Iklim Organisasi, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengembangan Karir, Iklim Organisasi, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 250 karyawan perusahaan Valugard. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 154 karyawan perusahaan Valugard dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Karir, Iklim Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.
