Abstract

This research is aimed to analysis the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and organxizational commitment on employee turnover intention at Starbucks Indonesia District 5 of Jakarta. The object of this research is permanent employees of Starbucks Indonesia District 5 of Jakarta. This research was conducted on 44 permanent employees by using quatitative descriptive method causal technique of saturated samples. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that the compensation variable has a positive and not significant effect on turnover intention, the variable job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and the organizational commitment variable has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at Starbucks Indonesia District 5 Jakarta Keywords: compensation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada Starbucks Indonesia Distrik 5 Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap Starbucks Indonesia Distrik 5 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan tetap yang berjumlah 44 orang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif kausal tehnik sampel jenuh. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, variable kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan variable komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention di Starbucks Indonesia Distrik 5 Jakarta. Kata Kunci: kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, turnover intention.
