Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Leoco Indonesia (Study at PT. Leoco Indonesia). The object of this research is the permanent employees of PT. Leoco Indonesia with the same position and level, namely Production Operator and Production Leader. The population in this study were 70 respondents. The sample used in this study used a saturated sampling method where the entire population became the research sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. Based on the results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Leoco Indonesia. Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Leoco Indonesia. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Leoco Indonesia. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada PT. Leoco Indonesia). Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Leoco Indonesia dengan posisi dan level yang sama yaitu Operator Produksi dan Leader Produksi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 70 responden. Sampel yang yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Last Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Leoco Indonesia. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Leoco Indonesia. Dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Leoco Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan
