Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and workload on employee performance at the Tangerang City Regional Secretariat. The population in this study were 164 employees at the Tangerang City Regional Secretariat. The number of samples in this study were 62 respondents. Sampling method based on the Slovin formula. Methods of data collection using interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. While the data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The results showed that work discipline had a significant positive effect on employee performance, the work environment had a significant positive effect on employee performance and workload had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Tangerang City. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Workload, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 164 pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tangerang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 responden. Metode penarikan sampel dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, penyebaran kuisioner dan studi kepustakaan. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tangerang.
