Abstract

This study is to analyze the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction and work engagement on PT.Olam Indonesia's turnover intention. The object of this research is employees who work at PT.Olam Indonesia. This research was conducted on 145 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula so that the sample used was 106 employees. Methods of data collection using a survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS analysis tool. This study proves that leadership style has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Work engagement has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Work Engagement, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan work engagement terhadap turnover intention PT.Olam Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT.Olam Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 145 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga sampel yang digunakan 106 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Work engagement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Work Engagement, Turnover Intention
