Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were 65 employees consisting of 34 employees of UPT Puskesmas Setu and 31 employees of UPT Puskesmas Batu Ceper. The sample used is as many as 65 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method used saturated sampling. The data collection method used the survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used the Statistical Package for The Social Sciences (SPSS). This study proves that workload has no significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Keywords: workload, work discipline, work motivation, employee performance, agency, health center. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 karyawan yang terdiri dari 34 karyawan UPT Puskesmas Setu dan 31 karyawan UPT Puskesmas Batu Ceper. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 65 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh.metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for The Social Siences (SPSS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan negative terhadap kinerja karyawan.
