Abstract

This study aims to find out "The Effect of Teamwork, Work Motivation and Work Ability on Employee Performance at PT. Autorent Lancar Sejahtera ”. This research was conducted in 2020, the population in this study were employees, amounting to 60 employees. And the sampling technique using the Slovin formula technique, the number of samples in this study were 52 people. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing was performed using SPSS Version 2.6 analysis. The variables observed in this study were Team Work (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Work Ability (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). The results of this study indicate that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. teamwork, work motivation and work ability together have an effect of 74,2 %. While the remaining 25,8 % is influenced by other factors that cannot be explained in this study. Keywords: Teamwork, Motivation, Ability, Performance Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim, Motivasi Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Autorent Lancar Sejahtera”. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2020, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berjumlah 60 orang karyawan. Dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Teknik rumus slovin, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis SPSS Versi 2.6. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kerjasaam Tim (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2), Kemampuan Kerja (X3) dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kerjasama Tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja tidah berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Kerjasama tim, Motivasi kerja dan Kemampuan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sebesar 74,2 %. Sedangkan sisanya 25,8 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak bisa dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Kerjasama Tim, Motivasi, Kemampuan, Kinerja
