Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, motivation and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Indonesia's Blessing Vision. This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Visi Berkat Indonesia with a total population of 40 employees. The sample in this study was 40 employees using a saturated sample. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire method. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Visi Berkat Indonesia, (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Visi Berkat Indonesia, (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Indonesia's Blessing Vision. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation, Compensation, and Performance Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Visi Berkat Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Visi Berkat Indonesia dengan populasi seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 40 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Visi Berkat Indonesia, (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Visi Berkat Indonesia, (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Visi Berkat Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi, Kompensasi, dan Kinerja.
