Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of achievement motivation and perceptions of organizational support on work-school conflict and its impact on job satisfaction. The population in this study were 264 students who are employees at Mercu Buana University Meruya who work full time in several agencies / companies in DKI Jakarta. The sample used was 159 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using a survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Achievement motivation has a negative and significant effect on work school conflict. Perceptions of organizational support have a negative and significant effect on work school conflict. Work school conflict has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords : Need for Achievment, Perceptions of Organizational Support, Work School Conflict and Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap work-school conflict, serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 264 mahasiswa yang berstatus karyawan pada Universitas Mercu Buana Meruya yang bekerja Penuh Waktu di Beberapa Instansi/Perusahaan di DKI Jakarta. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 159 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap work school conflict. Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap work school conflict. Work school conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Berprestasi, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Konflik Kerja Sekolah dan Kepuasan Kerja.
