Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of communication, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is causal research conducted at the PT. Total Medika Persada located in Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. This research was conducted on 40 employees people using a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the saturated sample test because the population is small. The research uses Smart PLS, The results of this study indicate that the t-statistic test of communication, work motivation and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Communication, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal yang dilakukan pada PT. Total Medika Persada yang berlokasi di Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam uji sample jenuh karena jumlah populasi sedikit. Penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t-statistic komunikasi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
