Abstract
The research to know the influence of the transformational leadership, organizational culture and the work motivation to organizational citizenship behavior. This reasearch was done to 81 respondents with using quantitative descriptive approach.To answer the formulation of problem, purpose, and hypothesis of research, hence the analysis usedis using multiple linear regression method based on SPSS. Based on the result of this study indicate that transformational leadership has influence the organizational citizenship behavior, organizational culture has influence the organizational citizenship behavior. work motivation influence the organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords: transformational leadership, organizational culture, work motivation, organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) . Objek penelitian ini adalah guru yang bekerja di SMK Nusantara Ciputat. Penelitian ini melibatkan 81 orang guru sebagai responden. Analisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda, diolah menggunakab program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan transformational, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, organizational citizenship behavior.
