Abstract

SMK An-Nurmaniyah is an economic vocational high school which has 4 majors, there are office administration, accountancy, multi media and technical computer network. SMK AnNurmaniyah has 76 teachers. The purpose of this research is to know and to analyze the impact of motivation, competency and compensation give impact to the teachers of non PNS at SMK An-Nurmaniyah. For analyzing the impact of free variable (performance motivation, competency and compensation) to bound variable (teacher performance) so multiple regression analysis is used to know the most impact variable. The population is 76 people of all the teachers at SMK AnNurmaniyah, by using technical non probability and taking saturated sampling. Method analysis which is used in this research is multiple linear regressions. The result of the research shows that motivation variable and competency gives impact significantly to the teacher performances, but the compensation variable does not give impact significantly to the teacher performances. Keyword: Motivation, Competency, Compensation and teacher performance Motivasi Kompetensi Kompensasi dan Kinerja Guru di SMK An-Nurmaniyah. Penelitian untuk menyusun tesis di lakukan di Yayasan Perguruaan An-Nurmaniyah. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Charles Sinaga. Smk An-Nurmaniyah adalah adalah sekolah yang memiliki 4 jurusan yaitu jurusan Adminstrasi Perkantoran, Akutansi, Multi Media dan Teknik Computer Jaringan. Smk AnNurmaniyah memiliki 76 guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi dan Kompensasi memberikan pengaruh pada guru non pns di Smk An-Nurmaniyah. Untuk menganalisa pengaruh variable bebas (Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi dan Kompensasi) terhadap variable terikat (Kinerja Guru), maka digunakan analisa regresi berganda untuk mengetahui variable yang paling berpengaruh. Populasi 76 orang adalah seluruh guru Smk An-Nurmaniyah, dengan menggunakan teknik non probability, dengan pengambilan tehnik sampling jenuh. Metode analisi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa variable motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, tetapi variable kompensasi terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Kompertensi, Kompensasi dan Kinerja guru
