Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence firm value. There are several factors used, including Profitability, Capital Structure and Intellectual Capital. The purpose of this research is to test empirically whether profitability, capital structure and intellectual capital affect firm value. The population in this study are property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2019-2021. The sample in this research is 20 companies with 3 years of observation, so the total sample is 60 sample data. The sampling method used purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are secondary obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the official website of each company. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 25 application. This study obtained the result that (1) Profitability has no effect on the Firm Value (2) Capital Structure has no effect on the Firm Value (3) Intellectual Capital has an effect on the Firm Value. Keyword: Profitability, Capital Structure, Intellectual Capital, Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang digunakan antara lain Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal dan Intellectual Capital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris apakah profitabilitas, struktur modal dan intellectual capital berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019-2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 perusahaan dengan pengamatan 3 tahun, maka jumlah dari sampel keseluruahan adalah 60 data sampel. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan situs resmi pada perusahaan masing-masing. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (2) Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (3) Intellectual Capital berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
