Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, compensation, motivation on employee performance in the production section of PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi. The population in this study were 50 employees of the production division of PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi. The sample used in this study was 50 respondents. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique. The analysis uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results in this study are transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi. keywords: transformational leadership, compensation, motivation, employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian produksi PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan bagian produksi PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Dengan analisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil pada penelitian ini terdapat adalah kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Prima Anugrah Abadi. kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi, motivasi, kinerja karyawan.
