Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze Compensation, Leadership, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at SMA Negeri 2 Kuningan. The population in this study were all employees of SMA Negeri 2 Kuningan. The research sample was 77 people. The sampling method used is Non-Probabability Sampling and the technique used is the Saturated Sampling Technique. The data collection method uses the survey method with the data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data was processed using SmartPLS version 3 and the Data Analysis Method with PLS-SEM. Finally, the results of this study conclude that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance; Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Work Discipline has no significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Compensation, Leadership, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Kompensasi, Kepemimpinan, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai SMA Negeri 2 Kuningan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh Pegawai SMA Negeri 2 Kuningan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 77 orang. Metode Sampling yang dipakai adalah Non-Probabability Sampling dan Teknik yang digunakan adalah Teknik Sampling Jenuh. Metode Pengumpulan Data menggunakan Metode Survei dengan Instrumen Pengumpulan Data berupa Kuesioner. Selanjutnya, data diolah melalui smartPLS versi 3 serta Metode Analisis Data dengan PLS-SEM. Akhirnya, Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
