Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Brinks Solutions Indonesia. The object of research is all employees of PT. Brinks Solutions Indonesia. This research was conducted on 97 respondents who were taken by random sampling using a quantitative approach. Data processing is done by Partial Least Square Analysis (Smart PLS). The results of this study indicate that the T test (Bootstrapping) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Brinks Solution Indonesia. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Brinks Solution Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 97 orang responden yang diambil secara Random Sampling dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan Analisis Partial Least Square (Smart PLS). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji T (Bootstrapping) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan
