Abstract

This study aims to determine the variable influence of Leadership, Work Motivation and Compensation on the Performance of Teachers of SD SMP and SMA Yayasan Pendidikan Kaizen. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. The test tools used are validity test, reliability test, correlation test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and determination coefficient. Data is processed using SPSS software version 23. The results showed that Leadership Variables, Work Motivation Variables and Compensation Variables had a significant and partial effect on Teacher Performance. The results of the determination coefficient test showed that 58.4% of dependent variables were influenced by independent variables while the remaining 41.6% were influenced by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Compensation and Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kepemiminan, Motivasi Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Guru SD SMP dan SMA Yayasan Pendidikan Kaizen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 60 responden. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kepemimpinan, Variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan dan parsial terhadap Kinerja Guru. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa sebesar 58,4% variable dependen dipengaruhi oleh variable independent sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,6% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain diluar penelitian ini.
