Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of workload, job satisfaction, and compensation onwork life balance PPSU officers. The object of this study were all PPSU officers working in Kelapa Dua Village, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. This research was conducted on 61 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. Therefore the results of this study state that the workload variable has no effect on work life balance, job satisfaction has an effect on work life balance, and compensation has a significant positive effect on work life balance in Kelapa Dua Village West Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap work life balance petugas PPSU. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas PPSU yang bekerja di Kelurahan Kelapa Dua, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 61 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap work life balance, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap work life balance, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work life balance di Kelurahan Kelapa Dua Jakarta Barat.
