Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of psychological safety to burn out employees at unit Y in Institution X. The research is research kuantitatif with technical uses regression simple linear and techniques sample collection with spread the questionnaires used is simple random sampling. The subject of his research was the an employee of unit Y in Institution X were 90 respondents. The research results show in partial that psychological safety impact on burn out of 80,9 %. The result of the research simultaneously showed psychological safety had a negative impact and significant impact on an employee burn out unit Y in Institution X with value r square R² is 0,809 or 80,9%. Keywords : psychological safety, burn out https:// Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh psychological safety terhadap burn out pada karyawan Satuan Kerja Y di Instansi X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaif dengan menggunakan teknis regresi linier sederhana dan Teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Subyek penelitiannya adalah karyawan Satuan Kerja Y di Instansi X yang berjumlah 90 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa psychological safety berpengaruh terhadap burn out sebesar 80,9%. Hasil penelitiannya secara simultan menunjukan psychological safety berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap burn out karyawan Satuan Kerja Y di Instansi X dengan nilai R Square (R)² sebesar 0,809 atau 80,9%.
