Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influences of transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and psychological well-being on employee achievement at PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. The research data was taken based on a questionnaire that had been distributed to 113 respondents. The sampling method by purposive sampling. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant positive influences on work achievement, intrinsic motivation has a significant positive influences on work achievement, psychological well-being has a significant positive influences on work achievement and transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation and psychological well-being simultaneously have a significant positive influences on work achievement. Based on the results of the research found it is expected to be able to better provide a figure of a good and effective leader, as well as strengthen intrinsic motivation and encourage psychological well-being felt by employees so that later they can improve employee achievement at PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. Keywords: transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, psychological well-being and work achievement Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi intrinsik, dan kesejahteraan psikologis terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. Data penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan kuesioner yang telah disebar kepada 113 responden. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, kesejahteraan psikologis berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi intrinsik, dan kesejahteraan psikologis secara simultan berpengaruh positif signikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Berdasrkan hasil penelitian yang ditemukan diharapkan untuk dapat lebih memberikan sosok gambaran pemimpin yang baik dan efektif, serta memperkuat motivasi intrinsik dan mendorong kesejahteraan psikologis yang dirasakan oleh karyawan agar nantinya dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan tranformasional, motivasi intrinsik, kesejahteraan psikologis dan prestasi kerja
