Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation and training on employee performance partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia. The population in this study were 1328 people. Sampling using the Slovin formula, namely 93 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, compensation, and training have a significant effect on employee performance. Data analysis used validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression and correlation between dimensions. Hypothesis testing used the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25.0. Keywords: leadership style, compensation, training, employee performance Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, Kompensasi dan Pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1328 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Rumus slovin yaitu 93 Orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, realibilitas, asumsi klasik, regeresi berganda dan korelasi antar dimensi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T, uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan
