Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work discipline, and leadership style on employee performance. The respondents of this study were all employees of PT Ardeco Karya Global and this research was conducted on 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The survey method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all existing employees. In addition, the approach used in this study was the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study prove that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and leadership Style has no effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Leadership Style, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Ardeco Karya Global dan penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode survey dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan yang ada, selain itu pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Karyawan
