Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of communication, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Sustec Indonesia. The number of samples analyzed was 100 permanent employees of PT. Sustec Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square), with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The results of this study prove that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The advice given for this research is that PT. Sustec Indonesia is able to increase the willingness of employees to work hard by giving appreciation to its employees in the form of incentives or bonuses. Keywords: Communication, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sustec Indonesia. Adapun jumlah sampel yang dianalisi adalah sebanyak 100 karyawan tetap PT. Sustec Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square), dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran yang diberikan untuk penelitian ini agar PT. Sustec Indonesia mampu meningkatkan kemauan karyawan untuk bekerja keras dengan memberikan apresiasi kepada karyawannya berupa insentif atau bonus.
