Abstract
Job satisfaction is a measure of a positive feeling about work resulting from an analysis of the characteristics in a person. Based on job satisfaction assessment data, it was found that the phenomenon of employee job satisfaction at PT. Indesso Culinoma International is quite low, so it needs to be researched. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership and compensation on job satisfaction with motivation as a moderating variable at PT. Indesso Culinoma International. The technique used in this study is a survey method in the form of a questionnaire with a sample of all employees of PT. Indesso Culinoma International. The research design used associative and the data analysis technique used was path analyze using the smartPLS application. The results showed that leadership and compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Indesso Culinoma International. In addition, motivational variables can also mediate the influence of leadership and compensation on job satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Motivation, Job Satisfaction. Kepuasan kerja adalah ukuran suatu perasaan positif tentang pekerjaan yang dihasilkan dari suatu analisis karakteristik-karakteristik dalam diri seseorang. Berdasarkan data penilaian kepuasan kerja didapatkan fenomena bahwa kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Indesso Culinaroma Internasional cukup rendah, sehingga perlu diteliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi di PT. Indesso Culinaroma Internasional. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei berupa kuesioner dengan sampel seluruh karyawan PT. Indesso Culinaroma Internasional. Desain penelitian menggunakan asosiatif dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analyze menggunakan aplikasi smartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT. Indesso Culinaroma Internasional. Selain itu variabel motivasi juga dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja.
