Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Profitability, and Firm Size on Firm Value. The population in this study are CGPI Listing companies listed on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) in 2017-2021. The sample in this study amounted to 12 companies with 5 years of observation and the total sample size was 60 sample data. Sampling method is done by using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Profitability, Firm Size, Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Profitabilitas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan yang Listing CGPI dan terdaftar di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) tahun 2017-2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 perusahaan dengan pengamatan 5 tahun, maka jumlah sampel keseluruhan adalah 30 data sampel. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Good Corporate Governance, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Nilai Perusahaan.
