Abstract
This study aims to analyze and test the principles of Organizational Commitment and Knowledge Sharing on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research design used in this study is a causal research design. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Kronjo Putra Perdana as many as 40 employees. Determining the sample used in this study was carried out by the type of saturated sample method. So that the sample in this study is a total of 40 employees, consisting of Staff Accounting, Staff Quality Control (QC) ,Staff SDM dan Umum ,Staff Marketing. This research method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method using SmartPLS 3.0. Organizational commitment research results have no effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of PT. Kronjo Putra Perdana. Knowledge sharing and Organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Kronjo Putra Perdana. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and work goals. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji mengenai prinsip Organizational Commitment dan Knowledge Sharing terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Design Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kausal. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Kronjo Putra Perdana sebanyak 40 orang karyawan. Penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jenis metode sampel jenuh. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan sejumlah 40 orang, Yaitu yang terdiri dari Staff Accounting, Staff Quality Control (QC) ,Staff SDM dan Umum ,Staff Pemasaran Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian Organizational commitment tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. Kronjo Putra Perdana. Knowledge sharing dan Organizational commitment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. Kronjo Putra Perdana. Kata Kunci: Organizational Commitment, Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Kepuasan Kerja.
