Abstract
This research is to know the effect of Compensation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work Discipline on employee performance at Pabrik Tahu Tasbim Ciputat. Respondents in this research are employee of Pabrik Tahu Tasbim. This research was conducted on 50 respondents by using quantitive approach. Data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. This results showed that the Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has positive and significant effect on employee performance and Work Discipline variable has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Work Discipline Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Pabrik Tahu Tasbim Ciputat. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Pabrik Tahu Tasbim Ciputat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
