Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work environment and work motivation on the performance of cooperative employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. The objects of this research are employees who work at the Bank Mandiri Employee Cooperative located in South Jakarta. This research was conducted on 70 respondents using a quantitative description approach. The sampling method uses a saturated sample technique. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. The results showed that work stress has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of KOBAMA with an original sample score 0.401 and T-Statistic 3.758> 1.96. the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance KOBAMA with an original sample score 0.457 and T-Statistic 3,857> 1.96.Work Motivation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance KOBAMA with an original sample score 0.051 and T-Statistic 0,411< 1.96. Keywords: Work Stres, Work Environment, Work Motivation and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Koperasi Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19, Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada Koperasi Karyawan Bank Mandiri yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian inidilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskripsi kuantitatif. Metoda penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metoda pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda survei, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metoda analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan KOBAMA dengan nilai original sample 0,401 dan TStatistic 3,758 > 1,96. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan KOBAMA dengan nilai original sample 0,457 dan TStatistic 3,857 > 1,96. Motivasi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja karyawan KOBAMA dengan nilai original sample 0,051 dan T-Statistic 0,411 < 1,96.
