Abstract
Work Performance is an assessment of work results achieved by employees both in terms of quantity and quality in carrying out the responsibilities that have been given. The existence of work performance makes employees compete to improve their performance so that the skills and abilities of employees will develop. Work performance for the company plays a role in increasing the achievement of the company. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on decreasing levels of work performance so that the level of company productivity has also decreased and experienced obstacles in its development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline and leadership on the work performance of PT Konesia Prologix Line employees. The object of this research is all employees who work at PT Konesia Prologix Line. This research was conducted on 90 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool with data sources obtained through interviews with PT Konesia Prologix Line. This study proves that motivation has no significant effect on work performance. Leadership has a significant positive effect on work performance and work discipline has a significant positive effect on work performance.
