Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Transformational Leadership, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Case Study at PT. Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo, Cengkareng, West Jakarta). This study used SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using PLS. Population Employees of PT. Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo, Cengkareng, West Jakarta with a sample of 133 respondents. The Sampling technique uses Saturated Sample. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study show that, Transformational Leadership, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan PLS. Populasinya Karyawan PT. Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat dengan sampel 133 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Sampel Jenuh. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Lingkunga Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship.
