Abstract

Hotel Resort is a place in the form of a hotel located in a tourist area with commercial management where it provides lodging, food and beverage service facilities and other services. The development of a hotel resort is not only intended as a place to stay but also as a tourist attraction for guests. The construction of this resort hotel uses a green architectural approach. The Green Architecture approach is aimed at emphasizing use and comfort in buildings by minimizing the use of active systems (energy saving). This is intended to reduce global warming, which can result in climate change on the environment due to energy consumption, and excessive production of air pollution. The implementation of this resort hotel building is carried out by planning through project descriptions, reviewing the location and environmental conditions, non-physical and physical analysis, determining the design solution and knowing the needs of the resort hotel project facilities. After planning, it will be continued with the formation of a resort hotel design concept that uses a green architectural approach. Keywords: Hotel Resort, Green Architecture, Planning and Design Hotel Resort merupakan suatu tempat berbentuk hotel yang terletak di kawasan wisata dengan pengelolaan secara komersial di mana menyediakan fasilitas pelayanan jasa penginapan, makanan, dan minuman serta jasa yang lainnya Pembangunan hotel resort tidak hanya ditujukan sebagai tempat penginapan namun juga sebagai objek wisata bagi para tamu. Pembangunan hotel resort ini menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur hijau. Pendekatan Arsitektur Hijau ditujukan dengan menitikberatkan kepada penggunaan dan kenyamanan dalam bangunan dengan peminimalan penggunaan sistem aktif (hemat energy). Hal dimaksudkan untuk mengurangi pemanasan global, yang dapat berakibat pada perubahan iklim pada lingkungan akibat konsumsi energi, dan produksi polusi udara yang terlalu berlebihan. Penerapan bangunan hotel resort ini dilakukan dengan perencanaan melalui deskripsi proyek, tinjauan lokasi dan kondisi lingkungan, analisa non fisik dan fisik, penentuan solusi desainnya serta mengetahui kebutuhan fasilitas proyek hotel resort. Setelah perencanaan akan dilanjutkan dengan pembentukan konsep perancangan hotel resort yang menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur hijau.
