Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work discipline, transformational leadership, and compensation on employee performance. The object of this research is employees of the production section of Beng-Beng PT. Mayora Indah tbk, Kalideres, West Jakarta. This research was conducted on 81 respondents using quantitative descriptive methods. Therefore the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variables of work discipline, transformational leadership, compensation for employee performance at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk is part of the beng-beng production. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Transfomational Leadership, Compensation, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Karyawan bagian produksi beng-beng PT. Mayora Indah tbk, Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 81 responden dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mayora Indah Tbk bagian produksi beng-beng. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transfomasional, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
