Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at CV. Persada's core. The population in this study were 42 employees of CV. Persada's core. The sample used was 42 employees. The sampling method uses a saturated sample. Methods of data collection using survey methods. Collecting data in this study is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM -PLS). The results of this study prove that work motivation has an effect on employee performance, work discipline has an effect on employee performance, and work environment has an effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Inti Persada. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 42 Karyawan CV. Inti Persada. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 42 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM -PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan, dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
