Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, cooperation, commitment to the company at PT Altaf Jaya Abadi. Respondents in this study were employees of PT Altaf Jaya Abadi. The population and sample in this study were 70 employees of PT Althaf Jaya Abadi. Calculate based on Slovin's formula. The data analysis method used is smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 through SmartPLS statistical software with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that employee training, cooperation and commitment have a positive and significant impact on career development at PT Altaf Jaya Abadi Keywords: Training, Cooperation, Commitment, Career Development. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Kerjasama, Komitmen pada perusahaan di PT Althaf Jaya Abadi Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Althaf Jaya Abadi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 karyawan PT Althaf Jaya Abadi. Hitung beradasarkan rumus slovin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 melalui software statistic SmartPLS dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Hasil analisa menunjukan bahwa pelatihan kerja, kerjasama dan komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir di PT Althaf Jaya Abadi Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Kerja, Kerjasama, Komitmen, Pengembangan Karir
