Abstract

Public Relations Strategy Toure and Travel Tas Global Holdings PTE. in rebuilding public interest during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021-2022. become a benchmark for us to know the importance of creating a strategy and the efforts that can be made to achieve the goals that are in line with the target. This study was conducted to analyze what strategies are implemented by the Public Relations Toure and Travel Tas Global Holdings PTE. In rebuilding public interest during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021-2022. Toure and Travel Tas Global Holdings PTE is not only a company located in Indonesia but has several branches including Japan as the head office, Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore. The writing of this research uses a case study method using a descriptive qualitative approach through the interview process. The results of this study conclude that Toure and Travel Tas Global Holdings PTE has taken steps to seek the performance of each employee and provide strategies that have been determined from the Toure and Travel Tas Global Holdings PTE public relations team. Kata kunci: Public Relations, Strategy Aktivitas dan Strategi Public Relations Toure and Travel Tas Global Holdings PTE. dalam membangun kembali minat masyarakat selama pandemi covid-19 pada tahun 2021-2022 menjadi tolak ukur untuk kita dapat mengetahui pentingnya menciptakan suatu strategi dan upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan yang sesuai dengan target. Penelitian ini diadakan bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi apa yang di terapkan oleh Public Relations Toure and Travel Tas Global Holdings PTE. Dalam membangun kembali minat masyarakat selama pandemi covid-19 pada tahun 2021-2022. Toure and Travel Tas Global Holdings PTE bukan hanya perusahaan yang berada di Indonesia tetapi ada beberapa cabang antara lain Jepang sebagai kantor pusat, Vietnam, Thailand dan Singapur. Penulisan penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui proses wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Toure and Travel Tas Global Holdings PTE sudah melakukan langkahlangkah dalam mengupayakan kinerja setiap karyawan dan memberikan aktivitas serta strategistrategi yang sudah ditetapkan dari tim Public Relations Toure and Travel Tas Global Holdings PTE.
