Abstract

Fueld by the limited of water storage capacity in Indonesia, Dam construction is one of the strategic plans for the development of sustainable water resources that can fulfill capacity of 68,11 m3 /capita/year. In the implementation of dam projects, it is very vulnerable to cost overruns and delays. To overcome the problem of cost overrun and delay, one of them can be by applying the Lean Six Sigma and the Last Planner System method. The Lean Six Sigma method and the Last Planner System are scheduling and financing methods that can improve cost and time performance. From the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of Lean Six Sigma and Last Planner System proved to have an effect on increasing cost and time performance on Dam work, with cost and time efficiency obtained respectively 7,82% and 10,21%. Keywords: Cost Overrun, Delay, Lean Six Sigma, Last Planer System, Dam Dipicu oleh masih terbatasnya kapasitas tampungan air di Indonesia, pembangunan bendungan menjadi salah satu rencana strategis untuk pengembangan sumber daya air yang dapat memenuhi kapasitas tampung 68,11 m3 /kapita/ tahun. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek bendungan sangat rentan terjadi cost overrun dan delay. Untuk mengatasi masalah cost overrun dan delay tersebut, salah satunya dapat dengan menerapkan metode Lean Six Sigma dan Last Planner System. Metode Lean Six Sigma dan Last Planner System merupakan metode penjadwalan dan pembiayaan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja biaya dan waktu. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa implementasi Lean Six Sigma dan Last Planner System terbukti berpengaruh pada peningkatan kinerja biaya dan waktu pada pekerjaan Bendungan, dengan efisiensi biaya dan waktu yang diperoleh masing-masing sebesar 7,82% dan 10,21%.
