Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of learning organization and stress on work performance of employees of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia (MPR-RI) during Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with regression techniques. The research population consisted of 141 respondents from a population of 340 MPR-RI employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, meaning that the entire population can be sampled. Data analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. Data analysis used in this study included instrument quality tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, regression tests and inter-dimensional matrix analysis. Regression testing was carried out to test the research hypothesis, the results showed that learning organization had a positive and significant effect on work performance with an R2 value of 0.474. Stress has a positive and significant effect on work performance with an R2 value of 0.091. Furthermore, simultaneously learning organization and stress have a positive and significant effect on work performance with an R2 value of 0.494. Keywords: Learning Organization, Stress, Work Achievement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh organisasi pembelajaran dan stres terhadap prestasi kerja para pegawai Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Republik Indoensia (MPR-RI) pada pasca pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 141 responden dari populasi 340 orang pegawai MPR-RI,. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh, artinya seluruh populasi dapat menjadi sampel. Data dianalisa dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Analisia data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain uji kualitas instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, uji regresi dan analisis matriks antar dimensi. Pengujian regresi dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian, hasil menunjukkan bahwa organisasi pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,474. Stres berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,091. Lebih lanjut, secara simultan organisasi pembelajaran dan stres berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,494.
