Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and stress on the work performance of PT. Bank X in Jakarta employees. This research uses qualitative methods. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling, namely saturation sampling. The number of subjects of this study was 100 employees who had criteria 1) Active employees at PT. Bank X in Jakarta, 2) Employees of PT. Bank X in Jakarta who has worked for more than 1 year, both men and women with an age range of 19-54 years. Data processing using the SPSS 26 program. Data analysis to test hypotheses using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on work performance with an R2 value of 0.162; (2) there was a positive and significant effect of stress on work performance with an R2 value of 0.574; (3) there was a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and simultaneous stress on work performance with an R2 value of 0.073. Transformational leadership has the most influence on job performance. PT. Bank X in Jakarta is advised to pay attention and ensure the mental health of its employees and provide positive things in the minds and souls of employees. So that the stress felt by PT. Bank X in Jakarta can continue to be considered as a challenge and enthusiasm to achieve the goals sought which leads to high work achievements of employees, and always implements transformational leadership for the leaders at PT. Bank X in Jakarta so that leaders can become role models for employees and be able to encourage the enthusiasm and motivation of their employees. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan stres terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Bank X di Jakarta . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu saturation sampling. Jumlah subyek penelitian ini yaitu 100 karyawan yang memiliki kriteria 1) Karyawan aktif di PT. Bank X di Jakarta, 2) Karyawan PT. Bank X di Jakarta yang sudah bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun baik pria maupun wanita dengan kisaran usia 19 – 54 tahun. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 26. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisi regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0.162; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan stres terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0.574; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional dan stres secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0.073. Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap prestasi kerja. PT. Bank X di Jakarta disarankan agar memberikan perhatian dan memastikan kesehatan mental para karyawannya dan memberikan hal-hal positif dalam pikiran dan jiwa karyawan. Sehingga stres yang dirasakan karyawan PT. Bank X di Jakarta dapat terus dianggap sebagai sebuah tantangan dan semangat untuk mencapai tujuan yang diusahakan yang berujung pada tingginya prestasi kerja para karyawan, serta selalu menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional bagi para pimpinan di PT. Bank X di Jakarta agar para pemimpin dapat menjadi role model bagi para karyawan dan mampun mendorong semangat serta motivasi karyawannya.
