Abstract
Research objectives to determine the effect of communication, work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Renza Jaya Nusantara. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Renza Jaya Nusantara. The population in this study were 50 employees of PT. Rhenza Jaya Nusantara using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, the data collection method used literature study, the research instrument was a questionnaire, while the analysis tool used was Partial Least Square (PLS) and data processing was carried out with SmartPLS version 3.2.9 software. This study proves that communication has no significant effect on employee performance. work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Communication, Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT. Rhenza Jaya Nusantara. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Rhenza Jaya Nusantara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan PT. Rhenza jaya Nusantara dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner, sedangkan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
