Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) provides convenience at all levels in the company, starting from the bottom up to the managerial level. The data generated by the system can be used as a reference for assessing the performance of companies in a lot of elements in a very fast time. This study has three objectives, namely to determine the effect of ERP Implementation to the Financial Performance, the effect of ERP Implementation to the Non-Financial Performance, the effect of the Non-Financial Performance to Financial Performance. This study uses primary data that were tested with model assumptions test, suitability test, and parameters model test, and then analyzed. Software used is Structural Equation Modelling. Results of this study can answer all the effect or relationship variables in the goal of the research. Keywords: ERP Implementation, Financial Performance, Non-Financial Performance.
