Abstract

A picture on television is the main thing that will be watched directly by the audience at home. Therefore, broadcast television requires a cameraman to be able to have high creativity in order to obtain the important elements that must be present in the picture. The planning must be prepared carefully, especially for programs that air early in the morning during bulan Suci Ramadhan. From the explanation above, the purpose of this research is to analyze the Management of Camera Team in The Production of Reality Show Program at Indosiar. The method used in this research with a qualitative approach with the research subject is General Manager of Production Support & Services, Section Head of Cameraman, and Leader Cameraman of the AKSI Program, as well as supporting documents from the company. Based on the research results, the AKSI program cameraman team implemented of four theory management functions in a team. The planning is use to make the overall of the program where the result is about blocking camera. After blocking the camera, the division of tasks and schedules for camera practitioners is carried out. Then the implementation phase is carried out by preparing the preparation of the camera team before the shooting process begins. The final stage is supervision by the production team in the field which will later become a program report to each division. Key Word: Management, Cameraman Team, AKSI Program Sebuah gambar pada televisi merupakan hal utama yang akan disaksikan langsung oleh pentonton dirumah. Maka dari itu, siaran televisi menuntut seorang kameramen untuk dapat memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi agar memperoleh elemen penting yang harus ada dalam gambar. Perencanaan terseut harus disusun secara matang terlebih untuk program yang tayang dini hari pada bulan Suci Ramadhan. Dari fenomena diatas, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Manajemen Tim Pengambil Gambar Dalam Produksi Program Akademi Sahur Indonesia (AKSI) 2022 di Indosiar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dengan General Manager Production Support & Services, Section Head of Cameraman, dan Leader Cameraman program AKSI, serta dokumen pendukung dari perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tim pengambil gambar program AKSI menerapkan keempat fungsi manajemen dalam manajemen tim. Perencanaan yang dilakukan adalah membuat perencanaan keseluruhan suatu program dimana hasil dari perencanaan tersebut terbentuk lah blocking camera. Setelah melakukan blocking camera, dilakukan pembagian tugas serta pembagian jadwal kepada praktisi camera. Kemudian tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan mempersiapkan persiapan tim pengambil gambar sebelum proses syuting dimulai. Tahap akhir yaitu pengawasan oleh tim produksi dilapangan yang nantinya akan menjadi program report kepada divisi masing-masing. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Tim Pengambil Gambar, Program AKSI Indosiar
