Abstract

Religious tourism is tourism that is intended to deepen the insight into the nature of every tourist. Mosque and Tomb of Sunan Ampel One of the religious tours in Ampel Surabaya. To support the large number of tourists visiting the mosque and tomb of Sunan Ampel, supporting facilities are needed, namely in the form of a stopover or a place that can explain the history of Sunan Ampel. The design of the area that is used as a support for religious tourism has existing buildings that must be maintained. The supporting facilities needed are hotels, conventions, museums, education centers, and government offices. The design of the Ampel Religious Tourism Support Area is one way to become a media because it is able to accommodate all needs to support religious tourism in Ampel. Tropical Architecture is a building concept that adapts to tropical climate conditions. The design concept of Tropical Architecture is expected to meet the needs of buildings and make buildings more resistant to the tropical climate in Indonesia Keywords: Religious Tourism, Sunan Ampel, Hotels, Conventions, Museums, Tropical Architecture. Wisata religi adalah wisata yang ditunjukan guna memperdalam wawasan keadamaan pada setiap wisatawan. Masjid dan Makam Sunan Ampel Salah satu wisata religi yang ada di Ampel Surabaya. Untuk menunjang banyaknya wisatawan yang mengunjungi Masjid maupun Makam Sunan Ampel ini dibutuhkan Fasilitas penunjang yaitu berupa tempat singgah maupun tempat yang dapat menjelaskan sejarah Sunan Ampel. Perancangan Kawasan yang dijadikan penunjang wisata religi ini terdapat bangunan existing yang harus dipertahankan. Fasilitas penunjang yang dibutuhkan yaitu, Hotel, Convention, Museum, Pusat Pendidikan, dan kantor pemerintahan. Perancangan Kawasan Penunjang Wisata Religi Ampel merupakan salah satu cara untuk menjadi media karena mampu mengamodasi semua kebutuhan untuk menunjang wisata religi di Ampel. Arsitektur Tropis adalah suatu konsep bangunan yang mengadaptasi kondisi iklim tropis. Konsep perancangan Arsitektur Tropis, diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan bangunan dan menjadikan bangunan lebih tahan terhadap iklim tropis di Indonesia Kata Kunci :Wisata Religi, Sunan Ampel, Hotel, Convention, Museum, Arsitektur Tropis.
