Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Sarana Sejahtera Kurnia, West Jakarta. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Sarana Sejahtera Kurnia, West Jakarta. This research was conducted on 75 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sarana Sejahtera Kurnia Jakarta Barat. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Sarana Sejahtera Kurnia Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 75 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sample menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja karyawan
