Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline and rewards on employee performance at the Warung Rawit Restaurant, Taman Palem Lestari branch and Pantai Indah Kapuk. This research is a quantitative study using a quantitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at the Warung Rawit Restaurant, Taman Palem Lestari and Pantai Indah Kapuk branch with a population of all employees in the two branches totaling 53 employees. This study uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using PLS with a population of 53 employees. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Warung Rawit Restaurant, Taman Palem Lestari and Pantai Indah Kapuk. Keywords: job satisfaction, work discipline, reward and employee performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Restoran Warung Rawit cabang Taman Palem Lestari dan Pantai Indah Kapuk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Restoran Warung Rawit cabang Taman Palem Lestari dan Pantai Indah Kapuk dengan populasi seluruh karyawan di dua cabang yang berjumlah 53 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengelolahan data menggunakan PLS dengan jumlah populasi 53 Karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan reward berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Restoran Warung Rawit cabang Taman Palem Lestari dan Pantai Indah Kapuk. Kata Kunci : kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja, reward dan kinerja karyawan.
