Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Independence and competence on employee performance with integrity as a moderating variable. The method of data collection in this study used questionnaires by taking respondents as many as 100 permanent employees of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in the Deputy for Penindakan dan Eksekusi. Data analysis used descriptive statistics using SMARTPLS 3 and by using quantitative with causal associative design looking for relationships between variables. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Independence has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Competence has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) Integrity has no significant effect on employee performance, 4) Integrity moderates the influence of Independence on Employee Performance, 5) Integrity does not moderate the influence of competence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh independensi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja dengan integritas sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan mengambil responden sebanyak 100 pegawai tetap pada Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) di Kedeputian Penindakan dan Eksekusi. Analisis data yang digunakan statistik deskriptif menggunakan Smart PLS 3 dan menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal mencari hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1) Independensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) Integritas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4) Integritas memoderasi pengaruh Independensi terhadap terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, 5) Integritas tidak memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
