Abstract
Film is a combination of efforts to convey messages through moving images. Film is created when there is a story that contains a message to be shown to the audience or audience. As a scriptwriter, you have to build an interesting story and message so that the audience can enjoy the film. In the film "Berlalu" the scriptwriter uses the theory of 3-act structure proposed by Aristotle. Which consists of round 1 introduction, round 2 conflict, and round 3 ending. The process of making a scenario in the film "Berlalu" has several stages, namely: making the premise, synopsis, treatment, and scenario. When pre-production as a screenwriter is more focused on completing the script. After the script is finished, what needs to be done is to develop the story together with talent in the ongoing script reading process. And during the production process, the scriptwriter only supervises how the story continues in the film and helps in directing talent. And at the time of post-production, screenwriters tend to see the results of the film, whether it is in accordance with the script or not. Keyword : Scenario, 3 act structure, Scriptwriter. Film merupakan suatu kombinasi antar usaha penyampaian pesan melalui gambar yang bergerak. Film tercipta apabila ada suatu cerita yang mengandung sebuah pesan untuk diperlihatkan kepada khalayak atau penonton. Sebagai Scriptwriter harus membangun cerita dan pesan yang menarik sehingga audience dapat menikmati film tersebut. Dalam film “Berlalu” Scriptwriter menggunakan teori struktur 3 babak yang dikemukakan oleh Aristoteles. Yang terdiri dari babak 1 perkenalan, babak 2 konflik, serta babak 3 ending. Proses pembuatan scenario dalam Film “Berlalu” memiliki beberapa tahap yaitu : pembuatan premis, synopsis, treatment, dan scenario. Ketika pra produksi selaku penulis scenario lebih focus untuk menyelesaikan naskah. Setelah naskah selesai, maka yang perlu dilakukan adalah mengembangkan cerita Bersama dengan talent dalam proses reading script yang sedang berlangsung. Dan pada saat proses produksi, penulis naskah hanya mengawasi bagaimana contunity cerita dalam film serta membantu dalam mengarahkan talent. Dan pada saat pasca produksi, penulis scenario cenderung melihat hasil film, apakah telah sesuai dengan naskah atau tidak. Kata kunci : Scenario, Struktur 3 babak, Scriptwriter
