Abstract
This research purposed to find out the effect of profitability, likuidity and solvability on firm value (empirical study on property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020). The population in this study is the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020). With the number of final samples that deserve to be used as research samples are 68 samples using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis conducted using the help of SPSS version 25 software application. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant effect on firm value, likudity has no a significant effect on firm value, and solvability has no a significant effect on firm value. Contributions in this study are academic and practitioner contributions, and it is hoped that this research can explain, provide, and become a reference for information on the infulences that affect firm value on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Keywords : Profitability, Likuidity, Solvability, Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan (studi kasus pada perusahaan subsektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2020). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsector properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2020. Dengan jumlah sampel akhir yang layak dijadikan sampel penelitian adalah 68 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kontribusi dalam penelitian ini kontribusi akademik dan praktisi yang diharapkan dapat menjelaskan , memberikan dan menjadi acuan informasi atas pengaruh yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
