Abstract

The development of the Internet is not only encouraging in terms of digital but also encouraging changes in communication where the marketers not only conduct promotion with traditional media but must be collaborated with digital media. The development of digital media also encouraged the birth of a new media called social media, where one of the biggest social media that has a follower is Facebook. This thesis discusses Albusmin promotions through Facebook Ads in creating Awareness. Using qualitative descriptive research methods with interviews and observations directly, researchers get data that Albusmin is promoting using Facebook Ads through content posted daily for Creating awareness. In making the content Albusmin use the services of creators to produce it. The research subject in this thesis is Brand Manager Albusmin, Assistant Marketing Manager and Consumer Albusmin. The results of data collection from Facebook Albusmin in creating awareness through Facebook Ads have a good impact by generating 198.532 follower growth and reach as much as 6,367,557 in 1 year period. Keywords: Display, Merchandise Display, Buying Interest Perkembangan internet tidak hanya mendorong dalam hal digital saja tetapi juga mendorong perubahan pada komunikasi dimana para marketers tidak hanya melakukan promosi dengan media traditional tapi harus dikolaborasikan dengan media digital. Perkembangan media digital juga mendorong lahirnya sebuah media baru yang dinamakan social media, dimana salah satu social media terbesar yang memiliki pengikut adalah Facebook. Skripsi ini membahas tentang Promosi Albusmin Melalui Facebook Ads Dalam Menciptakan Awareness. Dengan Menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan wawancara dan observasi secara langsung, peneliti mendapatkan data bahwa Albusmin melakukan promosi dengan menggunakan Facebook Ads melalui content-content yang diposting setiap hari untuk menciptakan awareness. Dalam membuat content tersebut Albusmin menggunakan jasa para creator untuk memproduksinya. Subjek penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah Brand Manager Albusmin, Assistant Marketing Manager dan Konsumen Albusmin. Hasil pengumpulan data-data dari Facebook Albusmin dalam menciptakan awareness melalui Facebook Ads memberikan dampak yang baik dengan menghasilkan pertumbuhan follower sebanyak 198,532 dan reach sebanyak 6,367,557 dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun. Kata kunci: Facebook, Facebook Ads, Awareness
