Abstract

Youtube is a website that provides various kinds of videos, such as Vlogs. A vlog is a video containing opinions, stories or daily activities which are usually written on a blog. And very popular with millennial women, especially beauty vloggers, one of the beauty vloggers who love millennial women, especially female students at Mercu Buana University, West Jakarta, is Tasya Farasya. With so many millennial women who like vlogger beauty, especially the beauty vlogger Tasya Farasya, the researchers want to find information on what imitation behaviors that millennial women do when watching vlogger beauty Tasya Farasya, especially female students at Mercu Buana University, West Jakarta? The method used in this research is qualitative with the social phenomenology study approach by Alfred Schutz, using the constructivism paradigm, and conducting in-depth interviews with 10 informants using unstructured interview techniques, and checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The researcher found the first categorization of imitation behavior that was often done by informants such as fashion, words, the style of delivering the divlog of make-up skills, Tasya Farasya's experience which inspired the informants applied. The two get Motive because (The past) is such a bad experience. And the motive for (future) such as informants is to find out good skincare and makeup on their skin. The three get the intensity categorization of watching often and watching rarely in the vlog of Tasya Farasya. Key Words : Imitation Behavior, Millennial Women, Phenomenology, Alfred Schutz Youtube adalah situs web yang menyediakan berbagai macam video, seperti Vlog. Vlog adalah satu video berisi mengenai opini, cerita atau kegiatan harian yang biasanya dibuat tertulis pada blog. Dan sangat digemari kaum perempuan milenial khususnya vlogger beauty, salah satu vlogger beauty yang di gemari perempuan milenial khususnya mahasiswi Di Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta Barat adalah Tasya Farasya. Dengan banyaknya perempuan milenial yang suka dengan vlogger beauty khususnya vlogger beauty Tasya Farasya, maka peneliti ingin mencari informasi perilaku imitasi apa saja yang di lakukan perempuan milenial dalam menonton vlogger beauty Tasya Farasya khusunya mahasiswi Di Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta Barat? Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi Fenomenologi sosial oleh Alfred Schutz, menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme, dan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap 10 informan dengan teknik wawancara tidak berstruktur, dan pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Peneliti menemukan kategorisasi pertama perilaku imitasi yang sering dilakukan informan seperti Fashion, kata-kata, gaya penyampian divlog keahlian make up, Pengalaman Tasya Farasya yang meninspirasi di terapkan oleh informan. Kedua mendapatkan Motif karena (Masa lalu) seperti pengalaman buruk. Dan motif untuk (masa akan datang) seperti informan mencari tahu skincare dan make up yang bagus di kulitnya. Ketiga mendapatkan kategorisasi intensitas menonton sering dan menonton jarang dalam vlog Tasya Farasya. Kata Kunci : Perilaku Imitasi, Perempuan Milenial, Fenomenologi, Alfred Schutz
