Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of employee discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression technique using SPSS 21. The data collection technique uses a saturated sample technique with a population and a sample of 51 respondents. The results of this study concluded that the employee discipline variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance while the organizational commitment variable has no significant effect on employee performance. The employee discipline and organizational commitment variables have an R Square value of 0.382 which means that employee discipline and organizational commitment affect employee performance simultaneously by 38.2%. Keywords: Employee Discipline, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance Tujuan peneitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh disiplin pegawai dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu teknik regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 21. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 51 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin pegawai berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sedangkan variabel komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pada variabel disiplin pegawai dan komitmen organisasi memiliki nilai R Square sebesar 0,382 yang dapat diartikan bahwa disiplin pegawai dan komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara simultan sebesar 38,2%.
